Lifecycle will be delivering its first ever free CPD training seminars to Scottish SME accountants later this month.
The accountancy network – provided by the Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group (LCBSG) – will provide members in and around Glasgow with invaluable information on MVLs, focussing on how to close a client’s company and extract the profits effectively.
The sessions will also include the national launch of the Group’s online solvent liquidation tool, (“My MVL”) and provide details of how LGBSG can lend necessary, highly specialist support during what is an often complicated process.
The seminars will also share insight and information on:
- MVLs and the process
- Why you should use an MVL and the benefits they bring
- When you need an MVL and when don’t you
- Key MVL considerations
The free breakfast seminars will take place at The Lighthouse, in Glasgow, at 9am on Wednesday 22 and Thursday 23 November and underpin LCBSG’s office opening in the city at the beginning of the year. “With many clients on board, an expanding team and an imminent move to new premises which can accommodate our growth, we felt sufficiently established to launch Lifecycle in Scotland at the Accounting Live exhibition earlier this month. There was a real appetite for our services, so it’s great to now follow up with our first Scottish CPD sessions, which form part of an ongoing UK-wide programme.”
Lifecycle’s MVL seminars will qualify for 1.5 hours of CPD and provide delegates with the opportunity to network and discuss issues raised during the seminars with Stuart Robb and other members of the Lifecycle team.
