Property – Foundations Built on Sand?

9th May 2017

Training course for Lifecycle members

The next in Lifecycle’s national series of free CPD training seminars will take place in June/July and looks at some of the practical, legal and funding issues arising from distressed real estate.

The events will take place at six venues across the UK and will be delivered by specialists from the Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group.

The commercial real estate sector remains a difficult landscape to navigate, with multiple new lenders entering the market whilst the main clearing banks exit. Property is still seen as a safe haven for cash wanting a home, but get it wrong, and it can cost you far more than the cash you initially invested.

In these sessions, our team of specialists will use their practical experience to explain why it’s important to understand the new and largely unregulated lending market; the do’s and don’ts of development funding and how to deal with difficult tenants who stop paying rent and refuse to leave.

Training timings and what you’ll take away

Sessions will be undertaken as both breakfast and afternoon events – in Preston, Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and London – and refreshments will be provided beforehand.

Each will qualify for 1.5 hours of CPD and offer delegates the opportunity to network and discuss issues raised during the seminars with members of the Lifecycle team.
