Download and watch Lifecycle’s how-to video guide to MVLs.
Know how to close a client’s company and extract the profits MOST effectively?
Lifecycle’s latest how-to guide to Members’ Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs), including video animation of the process, has just been published providing the answers and support you need.
According to statistics from Companies’ House, an increasing number of accountants advising SMEs will be required to advise their clients on the MVL process.
In the UK last year alone, there were over 11,100 MVLs – over three times more than five years earlier (3,899 in 2011). They accounted for a significant proportion of the total number of liquidations (25,509), which also included Compulsory and Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations.
This how-to guide and accompanying video from Lifecycle – part of the Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group (LCBSG) – has been created to inform and steer accountants through the MVL process, whilst highlighting the support it can provide via a specialised, professional and managed service to their clients.
The download also looks at when you would use an MVL (and when you wouldn’t), the legal and tax benefits, the process and key considerations. It also features My-MVL – LCBSG’s bespoke, white-label platform. Easy-to-use, this specialist software streamlines the entire MVL process for a fixed professional fee. Click here to request a demo
